A poor contest may go to Chocolate Boy ahead of Figaro's Quest, Liberty Run and Cantrip to name but a few. This is a dreadful betting contest with absolutely nothing standing out, and so it is with a degree of trepidation that Chocolate Boy is selected. He has two things going for him at least-the Gary Moore stable is in good form and he stays the trip, but his latest efforts make him no good thing. Ulshaw, Icannshift and Cantrip are all course-and-distance winner and it is the latter that makes most appeal of that trio, having won plenty of times on fast ground in the past. Figaro's Quest went close on a couple of occasions last term, while Liberty Run also had winning form but has been off since November. Lenwade was a beaten favourite in Banded company at Wolverhampton last time, and just about sums up the strength of the line-up here. Keep your bets to the absolute minimum on the selection Chocolate Boy.
