Five course winners on show in a competitive heat and six-time course scorer Mandhooma is sure to be popular, especially having scored here a fortnight ago over seven furlongs. However, this appears a tougher question to answer. Ivory Lace has been in good heart the last twice but has only put her head in front once in 55 appearances and INTIQAAL is proposed as a viable alternative. Ed Dunlop's charge is lightly-raced for a four-year-old and could well be open to considerable improvement against exposed opponents. Not disgraced at Haydock last time, he didn't get the clearest of runs and is almost certainly better than the bare form implies. Integria and fairly-treated veteran Phluke also merit consideration.
