made all, ridden over 1f out, edged left inside final furlong, all out
steadied start, in rear, outpaced over 4f out, soon behind, ridden and headway approaching final furlong, effort and squeezed through between horses well inside final furlong, just held

tracked leaders, effort to press winner inside final furlong when not much room and badly hampered, not recover
Good Luck Charm has been noted staying on late in recent starts and it will be interesting to see the tactics adopted in this small field. He may go off as the outsider of the quartet but money for him would be significant as he likes it here. Fast Dancer is equipped with a first-time visor but HONIARA, also blinkered, could have too much quality for his rivals if ready to roll after an absence. A short-head second to Take The Helm when last seen was a fine effort and hopefully he'll translate his best all-weather form to Turf as he's rated 8lb lower on this surface. Black Caesar is an obvious danger as he goes well at this idiosyncratic venue and battled on well to score here last time. He's up in trip now but has handled it well enough in the past.
