Verdict

Cape Win can win his maiden at last at the expense of Aristofilia and Elusive Warrior. The selection has been knocking at the door of late finishing third at Leicester on his reappearance and then an eye catching second to Odessa Star at Wolverhampton. Those two runs are the pick of the form in this race and if reproducing his best he can get his head in front this time. Aristofilia was unlucky not to have won as a two year old last year having been in the placed enclosure every time. This season has proved tougher for Paul Coles filly but she did show signs of her best last time out when fifth of ten at Newbury in better company so any market moves should be noted. Elusive Warrior comes from a yard producing winners at present but this horses form has not really represented that. He has struggled this year so should be treated with caution. So for the winner we return to Cape Win.
