        Verdict

        Gigs Magic is taken to land this off bottom-weight, Another Con and Fortune Point my pose the biggest threats. Mark Johnston's runners always warrant respect here at Brighton and Gigs Maigic has the form to go close. He was successful at Hamilton in June and wasn't beaten far last time by the progressive Three String at Musselburgh. If he handles this unique track he should go close off his current mark. Fortune Point is one that has no problems with this circuit having been successful over course and distance last month and another big run is expected. Another Con has claims on a recent Warwick victory over Meelup, while Take a Mile is not overburdened on his seasonal return. It is certainly a wide open event and a tentative vote is given to Gigs Magic.
