Verdict
Pour La Victoire was successful over 7f here a fortnight ago but landed a course and distance hat-trick last year and is not out of this. Motagally wasn’t beaten that far when fourth over today’s trip at Kempton and is another with claims but HARROGATE makes most appeal. The latter won at Epsom in July before finishing a creditable third in Class 2 company at the same track and Jim Boyle’s charge may prove good enough in this. Alicia Darcy has struggled since winning here last month and Mamillius has done all his winning over 7f so far.
