In depth

Verdict

Another handicap featuring several course specialists. Fire King is a bit of an enigma but perfectly capable if in the mood, while Mandhooma never seems to run a bad race here. But, along with veteran Ivory Lace, the top weight could never get to CHEYLESMORE over C&D last month. Stuart Williams' three-year-old is worse off at the weights today but ran out a very easy winner over 6f here 12 days ago and probably has more to offer. Konstantin is a little high in the weights at present but continues to run well and makes more appeal than Lady Florence, who has disappointed twice since winning here on soft ground earlier in the month.
