There should be plenty of pace on here and the consistent Blessed Place is taken to get back to winning ways at the expense of David's Mark and Tripti. Blessed Place has been kept busy on the all-weather over the winter but has quickly adapted to turf, finishing a close second on his last two starts, both on fast ground at Bath. This switchback course will not bother him and he can gain a deserved win. David's Mark is another consistent sort but the handicapper might have just got his measure, while Tripti is going the right way and will have every assistance in the saddle from Ryan Moore. Star Lad cannot be ruled out of a place, given his light weight an low draw.
