      Verdict

      ON THE NOSE has been in good form over 1m2f here and had Retrouvailles back in fourth when winning his latest start. He made all on that occasion so this shorter trip may not prove too much of an inconvenience. Arlo's Sunshine went close in a classified race here last week while Bbob Alula was narrowly beaten at Yarmouth and is preferred to course regular Sly Madam, who looks high enough in the weights now having beaten Chetan at the track on a couple of occasions earlier.
