Luxford came with a wet sail to score here recently and has sound claims of a follow-up success but is opposed by rivals which came home second, third and fourth in that contest - namely Lawfilly, Captain Marmalade and Alketios. All are better off with the winner but it's LAWFILLY who makes most appeal this time round. Yet to score in 13 starts, she's looked an improver of late and is now nearly a stone better off with the winner for two and a half lengths if Nicola Currie's claim is taken into account. She also did not get the smoothest of passages last time compared to the re-opposing trio. Lagertha has to be the one to note in the market as she makes her handicap debut for the Hugo Palmer team after three uninspiring maiden efforts, whilst Jack Blane has shaped well enough on recent starts to be of interest too.
