Verdict

Flying Spirit can make fitness tell over Needwood Mystic, with Pay The Silver worth a mention. Flying Spirit is in great form at present, having won three of his last six starts, including over the course and distance last month. In addition, Gary Moore's charge added to his tally over hurdles at Stratford more recently and could hardly be in better form for this lady riders' event. Needwood Mystic has an absence to overcome but is also a course and distance winner here, having been successful in 2001. She does go well fresh though and can give the selection most to do. On a line through Danakil, Pay The Silver has it to do with Flying Spirit, while Squirtle Turtle and Lyrical Way are not in the best of form, so it looks all systems go for Flying Spirit.
