Verdict

JUAN ALONSO went close again when finding only one too good at Goodwood last time. That's the strongest form on offer and he's the one to beat if running anywhere near the same level. Sullivan Street was still beaten five lengths when third over track and trip last week and Our Channel looks a bigger threat after a debut third at Carlisle. The newcomers Filament Of Gold and Approach The West hail from yards with a decent strike rate at this track but will need to be above average to get the better of the selection.
