Verdict

DESERT LANTERN has the best piece of recent form with a placed effort at Wolverhampton. She could have finished even closer with a clear run and Mark Johnston’s filly is preferred to last year’s winner Kachumba. The latter has won again here subsequently but ran below par back at this venue a week ago when behind third-placed Momentarily, who also finished a long way behind the winner. Dreaming Of Paris drops back down in trip in first-time headgear and may prove best of the rest.
