A typical Brighton sprint finale in which all have claims but if PANDAR can repeat the level of his 9l demolition of his Nottingham rivals on Friday evening then a 6lb penalty is unlikely to prevent him from doing so. However. that was his first run since joining his new yard and it will be fascinating to see if he can back up that improvement - he was certainly backed to do so. His rivals tend to win in their turn but More Spice could well have more to offer than most for the 'sprint king' Robert Cowell and is nominated as a potent threat to the selection. Ask The Guru and Secret Millionaire, both old favourites, turn up in good form and add further flavour to what looks an open sprint handicap.
