Mganga, Space Pirate and Solo River look the three to concentrate on here and we will take the latter to score. The Averti colt races over what looks her best trip here and has performed with credit in defeat in all three previous tries at it. If anything she is a bit one-paced when they quicken, but there are doubts over the others and with a sound surface to her liking we'll stick with her. Mganga steps back up from a mile, and that is not certain to be an advantage. Most of his best form has come over shorter and even though this is not a tough contest he still has to shoulder top weight and might struggle to get home. Space Pirate is another with stamina doubts, despite some good recent form over a mile, and we would prefer to see him prove he can get home before wagering. Of the remainder, Artistic Light has the pedigree to suggest that she will get up the hill, as will the lightly-raced Bobal Girl, who seems most interesting of those sporting first-time headgear and money for either would be interesting. Not a race to be lumping on but if you want a bet then Solo River is suggested.
