Another poor race on a less than ordinary card and Mannello is suggested to get the better of Majestical, Cleveland and Razzano. The Jim Best-trained selection is in good nick at present, having won and then finished runner-up in similar grade. There is a slight concern in that both her career wins have come at a furlong further than this, and she was beaten at this trip last time, but there is little else around with much speed so she will probably have enough. Ron Harris's Majestical was a c&d scorer in selling company last month and races over his optimum trip here. He relishes a sound surface and should not be far away. Cleveland is 3lb worse off with Majestical today after finishing four lengths behind that rival last time they met, so it is hard to see him turning the tables, though he might make the frame. Razzano is another who would ideally prefer 7f, but she has run creditably in context over this trip, and she is is pretty good form, so can't be ruled out. Who's Winning is hard to predict but does have c&d winning form and likes a sound surface, so keep an eye on the market where he is concerned, but for today we'll take Mannello to score.
