It's been raining on the south coast and it doesn't take much to turn the ground soft at Brighton. SASKIA'S DREAM (NAP) won off a 2lb higher mark over course and distance on good to soft just over a year ago. Richard Hughes steered her into third on Turf at Lingfield in July and keeps the partnership intact so she looks the one to beat. Lucky Surprise has been knocking on the door but her latest second on the Polytrack came off a 5lb lower mark. Bath third Night Trade could have conditions to suit and shouldn't be far away while Clear Focus ran well here in August and may be the pick of the remainder.
