The selection has won two of his last three starts, including over course and distance in May, and remains feasilby treated. Venture Caplitalist represents a shrewd team but was an abject failure at Yarmouth last time. His earlier second off 62 at Leicester reads well enough though. Clipperdown hasn't finished outside the minors at the last four attempts and is sure to run his race again. However he carries the welter-burden to 10st which will be hard to defy.
