Verdict
Trick Cyclist is taken to send favourite backers home happy with Beauvrai and Borzoi Maestro rating the main dangers. The selection was a good second behind Distant Times last time out over this trip and need only reproduce that effort to score. Beauvrai rates the main danger on his latest second behind Jonny Ebeneezer as that form looks rock solid but he will do well to give weight and a beating to the selection. Borzoi Maestro is another worthy of respect he was a fair sixth behind Royal Challenge only beaten six lengths and that horse has since ran well in defeat at Goodwood and as this looks much easier he has definite place claims. Of the remainder Scottish Exile is another that is in form but he is not the most consistent and for the winner we return to Trick Cyclist.
