    Verdict

WILEY POST followed an excellent run in a Class 3 handicap at Windsor with a slightly disappointing effort when odds-on here but his rider's claim can see him home here. Three Little Birds had been building up to a victory and duly obliged at Bath though a 6lb rise makes this slightly more difficult. Haveoneyerself went up 7lb for a comfortable victory in a Class 6 handicap at Yarmouth and couldn't cope with the extra in this grade at Bath but Tan is back on a winning mark and showed more signs of life at Southwell last time.
