In depth

Verdict

A debut winner at Newbury, Far Hope was narrowly beaten carrying a penalty at Wolverhampton last time. It remains to be seen how BADLANDS fares under his penalty but he gave the impression this extra distance would suit when finishing strongly to win over 7f at Newbury and Archie Watson’s colt gets the vote. Fast Medicine gets closer with every run and finished runner-up at Catterick last time while Art Dealer can only improve on last month’s moderate debut effort.
