        Verdict

Ruth Carr’s yard is in good form and last week’s Ayr winner HOSTELRY can effectively race off a lower mark today with apprentice Alex Jary claiming his full 7lb allowance. Mr Heinz finished a close-up third at Wetherby last time while Captain St Lucifer is usually in the mix but rarely wins. Urban Road scored at Southwell last month while Clotherholme won off a higher mark over track and trip last summer.
