Verdict
Shergar Cup Dash winner, Prohibit, could play a part in this race but a bigger danger may be Burning Thread who won in Listed company at Sandown in June. Mey Blossom is in good heart but this is far more difficult and she looks unlikely to complete a hat-trick attempt. Masta Plasta got the better of Noble Storm last time out at Nottingham and may be able to confirm those positions today. Spin Cycle was eighth and Mister Hughie was tenth in the Nunthorpe at York and they are both entitled to go closer today. MASAMAH won a handicap at Ascot and followed this up with a Listed race win in the Queensferry Stakes at Chester. He's in form and can pick up the top honours again.
