Equiano Springs won a maiden here at the start of the month but that was on much quicker going than he’ll encounter today and he’s gone up 4lb in the weights. KIRKHAM took 16 attempts to get off the mark but likes to race up with the pace and is ideally drawn in stall one here. The Stalking Moon has her ground and should be thereabouts but recent scorers Glorious Poet and Rose Eclair both need to find more to follow up. Intense Style drops into this grade for the first time but never threatened the winner when second at Lingfield and Relight My Fire is looking a few pounds too high at present.
