A competitive handicap here for punters to fathom but the principals look to be Cashneem, Hoh's Back and Cryfield and we will take a chance on the last named. The gelding from the Nigle Tinkler yard ran as if returning to form when a staying on sixth behind Marshallspark last time. He is on a fair mark and if there forecast rain arrives he will be a good each way bet. Cashneem has been in good form of late and was a good winner when defeating Bint Makbul last time out. However he will find this harder under his penalty and from a poor draw. Hoh's Back won well last time out at the track but that was over a longer trip and he is not sure to be suited by the drop in distance here. Zap Attack is another worthy of respect he will not mind any rain and will have the race run to suit. Of the remainder Locombe Hill has dropped to a good mark and is worth noting in the market but we are happy to stick with Cryfield who will appreciate any rain.
