Tucson has never been further than 1m4f but has come down 8lb since the start of the season. PLATFORM NINETEEN stepped up markedly to this trip in a Class 5 handicap at Catterick and was staying on strongly so this much stiffer track can enable him to take this. Kensington Art is another tackling the trip for the first time but he's been reasonably consistent and looks as though he should be suited. The in-form Sir Mark Prescott runs two, with Luke Morris choosing Whims Of Desire over Volcanique. Both are stepping up massively in trip on their handicap debuts and are bred to be stayers. Either could prove much better than this grade while Sinndarella's close second over 1m6f at Bath last month puts her right in the frame in a tricky opener.
