Princess Galadriel is the pick, with Heversham and Kingsmaite others to consider in an open-looking finale. Nothing really stands out here, but Princess Galadriel showed plenty of determination when returning to form at Yarmouth last time and may oblige again here off a slightly higher mark. She certainly has a good draw in stall 16, and although her most recent victory came on soft ground, she does handle faster conditions. Heversham kept on well when second at Thirsk last week but still appears to be a bit high in the weights, while Kingsmaite was well beaten behind Trojan Flight at Redcar, but has claims on his earlier win there. True shaped as though finally getting her act together when second at Thirsk a week ago and with a better draw would make a bid for the frame, but she is thoroughly exposed. Charmatic was eased when her chance had gone when fancied here three weeks ago but it is hoped that the faster ground will be in her favour and she could go well. For the answer, we return to the only recent winner in the line-up, Princess Galadriel.
