        Verdict

        Deep Blue Diamond was eased down once her chance had gone on her reappearance at Newmarket and had gone close over track and trip on a couple of occasions at the end of last season. Major Rowan has done all his winning so far at Southwell while multiple course winner Saint Thomas has not won anywhere since 2014. Another Lincolnday missed the whole of last year and has shown little in a couple of starts this term so the vote goes to course and distance winner ANEEDH, beaten only a length when fourth over 1m2f here last time and racing off the same mark today.
