Verdict

It helps to have a low number here which isn't the case with Salford Secret but he's been coming with a late run in his races so it may not prove too much of a burden. Hulcolt is another with plenty of experience but he didn't appear to enjoy soft ground at Redcar and there's been plenty of rain around over the past few days. Tears And Rain has the plum position on the inside rail but whether she can take advantage is another mater as she was racing over the minimum trip on her debut. She was a cheap purchase hence her low weight but BOLD CAPTAIN cost 17,000 euros and, being a son of Captain Rio out of a staying mare, this trip should prove ideal as he makes his debut and he's well enough berthed to take advantage.
