Verdict

DAGUENEAU (NAP) receives well over a stone from his three rivals and the highly-consistent gelding should have every chance of seeing out his first attempt at 2m. Ed Dunlop's charge has found 1m6f well within his range the last twice and the son of Champs Elysees can take full advantage of the weight differential on offer. Blue Hussar ran well when returned to the level back in May but has not been seen since, Precision now makes a first appearance for Mark Johnston since leaving Sir Michael Stoute after some disappointing efforts and Tommy Docc is faced with a major task off joint-top weight.
