        Verdict

        First Bombardment was only beaten a short-head in the Brocklesby at Doncaster but was then a beaten favourite at Musselburgh and, while his experience should give him an edge, a high draw isn't ideal. David O'Meara also has Halsall in the line-up but he isn't the only trainer double-handed. Richard Fahey runs Cotton Camera and Carribbean Charm but the latter will probably need further than this, as will Arranmore Girl. King's Mimic is a full brother to a 6f winner and Ann Duffield's juveniles are always worth a second look here but ROMANTIC COMEDY could be the best of the newcomers. She's a half-sister to the useful Belgian Bill and isn't being aimed too high on her debut.
