Dr Livingstone is better known as a hurdler these days but is one for the short-list as he reverts to the Flat. Mark Johnston runs Nave and Green Lightning with preference for the latter who won a Newmarket handicap last May from just 2lb lower. It was only a seller that Red Kestrel won at Musselburgh and he looks up against it but Alubari is a progressive type who stepped up to this trip for the first time and scored at Wolverhampton in December. He's travelled from Newmarket for this as has CRUNCHED and it's Michael Bell's charge, who made a fine comeback at Kempton last week on his first run since July, who can go one better on his first start beyond 1m2f as he looks as though he will be suited by the trip. Bahamian Music is another stepping up in distance and there's every chance of her adding to her three victories to date.
