Hitches Dubai won over the C&D under Silvestre De Sousa in July and though on the same mark is burdened with the worst possible draw. Tournedos, another who likes it here, is in the next stall so is another to draw a line through as is recent Hamilton winner Rio's Girl, who is also berthed on the wide outside. Meandmyshadow has won twice here recently, a claimer and a seller, but it would be asking a great deal for a three-year-old filly to beat experienced older horses over this tough track so a chance is taken with SEA CREST. Mel Brittain's mare is still a maiden after 25 starts but is ideally suited by a stiff 5f and fast ground which is exactly what she will get here.
