Verdict

Sam's Secret has won twice already this season and can win again at the expense of World At My Feet and Mister Maq. The selection put a disappointing last season behind him and used it to his benefit as while his form was poor last year his rating dropped to a handy mark. He took advantage of that at Musselburgh and followed up at Redar but came unstuck over course and distance last time out. If he is able to put that run behind him and handle the soft ground conditions then he has to have a live chance. World At My Feet has not won in over three years and as a result has been frustrating and although he ran a poor race at Pontefract last time out he performed with great credit on very soft ground at Redcar on his penultimate run so has to be noted in the betting market. Mister Maq is another that struggles to win races but has shown form in the past. In a race that throws up more questions than answers Sam's Secret looks set to score once more.
