The Trendy Man came to the last meeting with very little form to his name but created a shock when making all for which he's only been raised 2lb. Dangeroffizz attracted very good support at Ripon last month and battled on strongly to land the spoils so can continue his progress but Puckle was beaten 6 lengths when runner-up over the track and trip last time. NAJASHEE was unlucky in-running at Hamilton, failing to obtain a clear run at a crucial stage. Roger Fell's grey is on the same mark and compensation awaits. Anno Maximo wasn't beaten far in her penultimate start at Leicester and attracted strong support at Bath a few days later but hung badly on the firm ground. Some rain would aid her cause while William Alexander showed a bit more at Ripon where he was staying on over a mile and Les Eyre does well on his local track.
