    Verdict

Violette Szabo carries 5lb extra after winning over track and trip by a neck but ACT OF MAGIC gets another chance in this. He’s creeping closer having missed out by only a short-head at Leicester last week and can go one better. O'Reilly's Pass posted his best effort for a while when fourth here last time while Forus has won twice over shorter trips on the all-weather. Rhebus Road needs to improve to figure but may well do so fitted with a visor for the first time.
