In depth

Verdict

Nina Carberry has won this for the past two years and could complete a hat-trick on newcomer MIKE FRAZER. Charlie Swan's charge is a son of Barathea out of a superbly-bred USA winner and should have too much pace for these though the betting is best watched. Maller Tree is the obvious alternative having been placed in all three starts though he's looked susceptible to something with a finishing burst. Butterfly Lion attracted a little support on his debut at Roscommon and ran well for a long way and he easily holds Summer Salts on that run.
