        Verdict

        Both Strict Tempo and Pink Iceburg have shown enough to take a hand in what looks a competitive novice, whilst Klass Action, a rare juvenile runner at this stage of the season for Sir Mark Prescott, is also worthy of attention. However, the two previous winners set a decent standard with preference for PRAIRIE SPY. The Johnston inmate overcame a sloppy start on debut to eventually win going away at Thirsk, handling quick ground with aplomb and is taken to follow up now. Carrie's Vision made a winning debut at Yarmouth and will appreciate this drop back into novice company after being beaten in Listed grade last time at York. Her yard has a good record at this venue and she's highly respected.
