Verdict

All can have a fair case argued for their chance in a contest in which there's no obvious pace angle. Rock Icon has gone well for his young apprentice the last twice and remains on the same mark after a respectable third at Nottingham, prior to which he'd scored comfortably on Lingfield's all-weather. Mister Musicmaster and Aye Aye Skipper both boast course and distance successes but Gealach Ghorm remains a maiden after nine starts. The choice is FORTUNE AND GLORY who continues to perform with admirable consistency, was only just inched out last time over this trip and ground and whose yard returned to winning form at Windsor on Monday.
