Verdict

NEW QUEEN (NAP) was runner-up to subsequent York Listed winner Signora Cabello on her debut here earlier in the month. She was only beaten half-a-length and won’t need to improve much on that to go one better today. Country Rose was only beaten a head at Chepstow 10 days ago but this looks a stronger heat, though Al Manhalah doesn’t look one of her powerful yards best two-year-olds. Adventurous Girl may need more time but the €85,000 newcomer K Club is interesting given she is speedily-bred and her yard won this last year.
