Royal Guest looks nicely weighted and can win this at the expense of Rosie Cross and Feelin Foxy. The selection caught the eye when second at Chepstow behind Glencal and although success has been not easy to find for this Royal Applause gelding he has to be worth following this time off such a lenient handicap mark. Rosie Cross could be another potentialy well treated horse. His trainer has done really well in her first full season with a license and Royal Guest ran his heart out when second to Stir Crazy at Folkstone last time out so is worth noting in the betting market. Feelin Foxy is a filly that doesn't win very often but having said that she was not beaten far on the all weather at Wolverhampton so is respected. But in a race that throws up more questions than answers we return to Royal Guest as the likely winner.
