SEED CORN is likely to be a very short price for this novice event after her Yarmouth conqueror Ardad sluiced up in last week's Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot. William Haggas' Exceed And Excel filly was well backed at the seaside track and was only picked off close home by the winner. She still has an entry in a Listed race at Newmarket on Saturday so is obviously thought capable of holding her own in a much higher grade. Polytrack winner Lexington Sky faces a tough task giving weight to the selection while Nottingham third Madame Bounty may need more time. Turanga Leela can reverse Lingfield running with Lexington Sky as she improved here next time. Singing Sands and Santafiora are newcomers to note.
