In depth

Verdict

West End Charmer, a course winner here in October, and stablemate Living Legend both arrive on a hat-trick. Pablo Escobarr rounded off last season by landing the odds in a Goodwood maiden and there should be plenty more to come this year. Fearless Warrior beat Just Hubert over 1m2f at Kempton last year before finishing second in a competitive nursery at Newmarket while Blood Eagle got off the mark at Wolverhampton earlier this month. ROBERT L’ECHELLE is making his debut on Turf but the step up in trip is almost certain to suit and he may have been let in lightly here.
