SAND REPEAL showed promise last time out and given the vote in a tricky finale ahead of Dansimar and Summer Bounty. The selection caught the eye when finishing third to Barbirolli at Folkestone last time out and he looks well capable of landing a race of this nature off the same mark. He landed back to back handicaps at Windsor and Chester last summer and if he recaptures his best form he will not be far away come the business end of the race. Dansimar landed a hat¿trick of wins over jumps last season and again had a successful campaign this winter. He did not perform all that well on his debut flat outing at Doncaster last time out and therefore he is possibly best watched for the time being. Summer Bounty is getting on in years at the age of thirteen. His last win was over two seasons ago but he has run some fair races in defeat this winter and could enter the frame if producing his best. A tricky finale to conclude the card but Sand Repeal ticks more boxes than most of his rivals and is taken to score once more.
