Yamal is our selection with Count Ceprano and Barricado the dangers. The Mark Johnston stable have not had their best season so far but Yamal has paid his way and having won well last weekend, he can defy another 6lb rise. Count Ceprano is the most obvious danger in the pack. He has been kept busy on the all-weather and has gone close on his last two starts. Barricado does not appear particularly straight forward. It will be interesting to see if there is any money in the market for him. Puglist is scheduled to return after two years on the sidelines. The handicapper has dropped him 7lb since his last start. Red Somerset wouldn't mind any further rain. Graham Oldroyd has sent out a number of winners of late and Just Bond hasn't been far away on two recent visits to Redcar. Mountain Pass was claimed at Brighton and ran a creditable race at Chester if the amount of ground forfeited at the start is taken into account. Kensington does not win often but is a course winner. Yamal is in good form at present and we seek no reason to oppose him now.
