Not a race to get heavily involved in but for those who must have a punt then recent course winner Jinksonthehouse enough going for her to get the nod, from Delegate and perhaps Foley Millennium in a contest where few make appeal. Jinksonthehouse carries bottom weight from a mark of 60 here and if running to that level then she must have a decent chance. She has gone completely the opposite way to Attraction, whom she finished a seven-and-a-half length third to on debut last year, but was good enough to beat Only If I Laugh here over the minimum trip on similar ground last month. Back in handicap company and over six she flopped last time at Chepstow, but she should again go much better at this level. Delegate put in some fair efforts in handicaps last season and the veteran is dropped in class after poor runs on his two latest starts. He relishes fast ground and is weighted here to be in with a good chance on his best form, but clearly you are taking his wellbeing on trust if you take the plunge. Conversely, Foley Millennium is not well in at the weights based on official ratings, but will have some confidence after a Kempton win last time, and with little else about making appeal he may be good enough to make the frame. So let's hope Jinksonthehouse can be a good omen for us here.
