Clipper Hoy looked on the way back to his best last time and could be spot on for this, Jimmy The Guesser and Don't Tell Sue could be the main rivals. Clipper Hoy was a very impressive winner over this trip at Wolverhampton back in December, before disappointing over six furlongs at Lingfield. It was a much better run next time on the same track over the minimum trip and he can regain the winning thread this afternoon. Don't Tell Sue has bags of early pace but just fails to last home. The handicapper hasn't relented yet and so it is difficult to see this one winning but he could possibly reach the frame. Jimmy The Guesser hasn't raced since winning at Wolverhampton in December. He gets in here on a very fair mark and should go close if fit. In a wide open affair After The Show is another to consider for each-way purposes but our idea of the winner is Clipper Hoy.
