Lingfield second Princely has run well here in the past but a poor strike-rate is off-putting. Thegreyvtrain also goes well here and should strip fitter for his third at Lingfield while Grey Galleon arrives in good form and is on a fair mark at present. Englishman won at Newmarket last month but couldn’t handle a weight rise at Kempton subsequently. DEVILS ROC (NAP) has managed two wins and a third from four previous runs over course and distance. He’s only a pound higher than the last of those victories and Tyler Saunders takes off a valuable 5lb. With the plum draw, Jonny Portman’s four-year-old should take all the beating.
