Another tough race to call here for punters with many in form rivals in opposition including Joyeux Royal, Midnight Creek and Glen Warrior and the tentative vote goes to the last named. The eight year old won well last time out when defeating Will Of The People and although he has risen in the weights for that win he will be hard to beat as he is sure to get the fast pace which he requires and has conditions to suit. Midnight Creek has been in fair form without winning of late and a reproduction of his latest second behind Quick would give him definite place claims but he is not the most resolute of battlers and for that reason is opposed. Joyeux Royal is another worthy of respect he is one of the least exposed in the field and won well last time out when defeating Kimberley but this looks tougher. Golden Rambler would be hard to beat on his old form and he is sure to have come on for his latest run but it is hard to know how much ability he retains. Springfield Scally will no doubt make a bold bid to make all the running but is better with more cut in the ground. Of the remainder Just The Jobe and Mithak are from yard in form and are worth noting in there market but for the winner we return to Glen Warrior.
