    Verdict

Bibury Flyer, Canton and Bridge Place look the principles in this maiden stakes and we will give the nomination to Bibury Flyer. The selection is a well-bred filly by Zafonic and hails from a yard that does well in these type of events. She is well drawn and with Chris Catlin in the plate will take a good deal of beating. Canton rates the main danger as this colt by Desert Style is another that is sent out by a yard with a good record in these type of events and she will not be far away at the finish. Bridge Place might also be good enough to be competitive for place money as the Brian Meehan yard had a decent strike-rate with 2-year-old horses last season. Grand Option is the only one here with any racecourse experience but this mare was well beaten in a moderate race on the all-weather at Lingfield and she looks opposable. The market should be noted for clues here but Bibury Flyer has a likeable profile and is given the vote.
